STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General terms & conditions : This offer/event is confirmed only after the customer has returned a signed copy of the

offer to event@letzeburger.lu AND paid a deposit of 50% of the total budget. The deadlines to confirm an event and the

exact number of guests are ten and five working days, respectively. Once these deadlines have been exceeded, Burger

Bros SARL cannot guarantee the execution of any request. The total amount of the signed offer will always be invoiced

to the customer in full, even if less than expected has been consumed. The customer has the right to reclaim unused raw

materials (bread, beef, cheese, etc.) on the day of the event only, while the food truck is still on the event property.

Subsequent requests can and will NOT be accepted. To determine the exact number of servings, the customer must

consult our staff at the end of the event. To reclaim unused raw materials, the customer must provide own containers to

our staff, who will pack the remaining goods. Burger Bros SARL declines all responsibility (non-compliance with use-by

dates, food poisoning, etc.) that may arise after the unused raw materials have been handed over to the customer.

Payment conditions : The customer will receive a 50% deposit invoice after signing this offer. The deposit is required to

confirm the event. The remaining balance must be paid upon receipt of the final invoice. For orders placed less than 10

working days before the event, the total amount must be paid at the time of reservation. Any delay or failure to pay by

the due date, without prior notice, will result in the application of default interest at the legal rate of 8.05%. Applicable

cancellation fees : 20% of the budget if cancelled after signing the offer, 50% of the budget if cancelled 14 days or less

before the event. The cancellation fee may be used to book a future event taking place within six months of the

cancellation. All claims must be submitted in writing no later than eight working days after the end of the event.

Notes : The duration of a standard service is two hours with a required minimum order of EUR 850 (excluding services).

Longer service can be requested for a higher minimum order value. Please ask us for more information. If the minimum

order is not reached with the products ordered, a flat fee will be added to the invoice. All prices are quoted in euros and

subject to errors or omissions. Our offers are valid for a period of 7 days, unless otherwise indicated. All orders will only

be executed after written approval from the customer and payment of the deposits stipulated above. Changes to the

project may affect the initial budget. Unless otherwise specified, the customer will be responsible for any unexpected

additional expenses incurred. We do include a spare capacity of around 10% on top of the quantities ordered by the

customer. If more than originally ordered is consumed, the additional quantity will be added to the final invoice. If the

customer does not want to use the spare capacity nor pay a supplement, they must make this known before the event.

The projects produced and the photographs taken during the event may be used by Burger Bros SARL for promotional

purposes (website, folders, etc.). The customer is aware that their personal data (address, phone number) can be shared

with employees and partners of LëtzeBurger to ensure a smooth course of events.
