Job Description:
As a kitchen assistant, you will be a key member of our team and will actively contribute to the preparation and presentation of our dishes. You will also help ensure the smooth operation of our food truck or our permanent location. Your main responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and set up the workstation. Assist with the preparation and assembly of dishes. Maintain a clean, organized work environment that meets hygiene standards. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. Drive the food truck to various locations (a plus). Requirements: Passionate about quality cuisine, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Flexible (evenings, weekends, holidays).
